The Summer Goddess Retreat

By Katie Brindle

I am so excited to invite you all to the Summer Goddess Retreat, an opportunity for us to come together and celebrate this wonderful community.

I have always wanted to host an in-person party for you all to celebrate this wonderful community. So many of us are in our Second Spring and have spent years looking after others, and now it’s time to reclaim your sovereignty. Using the frequency of Summer, over the weekend you will deepen your knowledge, practice, connections and consciousness.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Marston Park, Somerset this is set to be a weekend to remember, where you will leave recharged and equipped with the tools to become a happier, healthier, more vibrant you.

Finding Forgiveness and Trust Workshop with Katie Brindle

Closing Meditation with Sacred Roots Cacao

Ends 4pm

Katie has designed four exclusive sessions to help everyone rediscover their innate inner goddess and embrace the divine feminine. These will leave you armed with the tools to understand that your divine sovereignty is always available whatever life throws at you.

Understanding the Flow

This session will help us understand our purpose and what brought us here. Living in  a masculine world, we need to rediscover that we are yin in nature. Allowing ourselves to embody the wave-like construct of our Divine Feminine.

Embracing the Flow

Using movement, meditation and breathwork we will gently recognise the origins of our pain, hurt and deeply held trauma so we can begin to make sense of it. This is a chance to let go of deeply entrenched behaviours and beliefs, moving from darkness into the light.

Being the Flow

Now we are ready to embody the qualities of the divine feminine. A uplifting flow which encourages us to embrace compassion, forgiveness and universal love, allowing us to realise the gentle joy and contentment we all deserve.

Finding Forgiveness and Trust Workshop

So often forgiveness is something that we simply cannot contemplate. However this can tether us to negative emotions, pain and bitterness, limiting our spiritual growth and physical healing.

We need forgiveness more than anything, in this workshop Katie will teach you how to let-go of these toxic emotions to take you to a lighter frequency. The healing balm of forgiveness will enable us to cultivate compassion, heal our wounds and progress along our journey towards trust. It is trust that will allow us a deeper sense of connection, to ourselves, others and the divine, to truly live in flow.

All of you will also receive delicious lunches and dinner from the on-site Japanese restaurant, Hakko House, free access to the on-site Wild Spa including the hot tub, walks in nature and a goody bag to take home.

There will also be an opportunity to book private one-to-one classes with my favourite healers.
